Sanofi Genzyme has partnered with a third party to provide Fabry patients across Australia free access to a comprehensive Fabry Care Manager Service.

Fabry Care Manager Service

The Fabry Care Manager Service is a free telehealth service giving patients extra support to achieve what they want in the management of their health. Through a dedicated care manager, the service provides support for patients and their families to manage their personal challenges in living with Fabry disease.

The Fabry Care Manager can assist patients with:

  • Connecting to services and entitlements in the community
  • Working towards an individual’s healthy lifestyle goals
  • Coordinating appointments
  • Symptom management
  • Someone to talk to and answer questions
